Compensation:$20 - $25 hourly
Responsibilities:- Schedule patient appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Organize and update patient medical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures
- Process and verify patient information
- Welcome and check-in patients upon arrival, ensuring a positive experience
- Proficiency in GSuite (Google Docs)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- US Work Authorization

Our office open: Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm, Saturday from 9-2pm, and flex times on Sunday
